How do I place an order?

If you are ready to order, please go to Buy Now. You can also place an order by phone, fax, or mail. Go to Ordering Info for more information. For your convenience, a printable order form is available on the Ordering Info page.

How soon should I receive my order?

We will process your order within 2 business days and ship via UPS ground. Shipment time varies depending on the distance from our Minneapolis warehouse. Shipments usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If you require faster delivery, please call us to discuss other shipping options.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders from hospitals and large clinics must be accompanied by either a PO number (issued by Purchasing) or prepayment. Smaller clinics and practices may be invoiced. Payment terms are net 30 days. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

How do I qualify for the 2% prepayment discount?

A 2% prepayment discount is given on orders that are received by mail with a check payment. Credit card orders do not qualify for the prepayment discount.

How do quantity discounts work?

To determine your discount price, add up the number of items from each group (A or B). Then use that number to find the price per item. The more items you order within a group, the lower the price per item.

Group A items (24- to 48-page booklets) are priced by the booklet. Group B items (8-page pamphlets) are priced by the pack; each pack contains 50 pamphlets.

How do you handle backorders?

Backorders rarely occur. If the item you order is backordered, we will notify you and give you an estimated date for shipping. Your account will not be billed until the item is shipped.

Are your materials available in other languages?

Our interventional and electrophysiology titles are available in Spanish.

Do you sell directly to patients?

We sell patient education materials only to healthcare professionals. If you are a patient, you may ask your doctor or nurse to call us, and we will be happy to send them a free booklet or pamphlet for you.

Do you sell any education videos or posters?

At present, our line of products includes only the booklets and pamphlets listed on this website.

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the materials within 30 days for a full refund. Please call us before returning your order, so we can credit your account. Unwanted items should be returned to:

Can you customize the materials with our name or logo?

We are not able to customize the materials. However, many of our customers use labels or a rubber stamp to customize them.
